Prep: I wash everything with a degreasing solution to de-gloss, then caulk cracks where needed. Primer is applied (also use Shellac to block stains when needed). I lightly sand between coats to ensure smoothness.
Finish: I use paint specific to cabinetry so you will have a nice luxurious and durable finish. I will remove your doors and drawer fronts and spray them in my shop.
For an average sized kitchen it takes about a week (Mon-Fri). I will be in your home Monday-Wednesday painting your frames/boxes and return Friday to install your freshly sprayed doors.
Be gentle with new paint for a week or so so it has time to cure. Being especially careful when applying new hardware. It is best to wait a couple weeks before putting on new bumpers.
Pinterest is a great place to start to discover the look you are going for. I prefer to use Benjamin Moore paints and tints. For best results find your neighborhood Benjamin Moore store and select paint chips to see colors in the true light of your space. I do have favorites of course and would love to help with your design!
